Green hydrogen is produced using renewable energy through a process called electrolysis, which splits water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen. This clean hydrogen has massive potential as an energy carrier, especially for sectors that are challenging to electrify, such as heavy industry and long-distance transportation.

 

Governments and companies worldwide are investing in green hydrogen production, seeing it as a vital component in reducing emissions and achieving energy independence. As production costs fall, green hydrogen is likely to play a prominent role in the global energy landscape.
